Unique recipe for stir fry

This article will share with you a recipe for stir fry that is considered to be a main dish in any Chinese Cuisine. It is also one of its main entrée as a major special dish for any family to savor, regardless of what ethnic origin they may be. This only means that it is widely accepted as a regular Chinese dish that has become popular because of its acceptance in many countries in the globe. It is easy and simple to do. But for your chicken to taste really that good, you have to marinade the chicken in advance before your stir frying takes place. This is the proper way of having your chicken taste that great. Let us do the cooking then. Please follow the procedure intently and you will have that perfect Chinese dish in your table in no time at all.

THE FANMOUS SESAME CHICKEN OF ASIA: The original recipe serves four persons. Preparation time has to be four hours or even more if you have the luxury of time. But this dish can be cooked in just ten minutes.

Five grams of cornstarch
Thirty milliliters of rice wine
Fifteen milliliters of lemon juice
Fifteen milliliters of soy sauce
One dash of hot pepper sauce
Six grams of grated fresh ginger
One clove crushed garlic
Four hundred fifty five grams of chicken breast, deboned and skin off and cut into halves, sliced into bite size pieces
Twenty grams sesame seeds
15 ml sesame oil
30 ml vegetable oil
One hundred ten grams of fresh mushrooms, please cut them, into quarters
One green bell pepper, sliced
Four green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces

Begin by preparing the marinade. For marinade, blend corn flour with rice wine on a mixing bowl and then stir in the lemon juice, soy sauce, the chillies, ginger and garlic. Then add in the chicken pieces and stir and toss to coat with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate to marinate for at least three to four hours. If you have time, let it marinate overnight.

Begin frying for heating a wok or a large frying pan on your American stove on medium heat.

Toast the sesame seeds, shaking the pan until the seeds are golden brown in color. Then remove seeds and reserve.

Reheat the wok or the large frying pan and this time add the sesame oil and vegetable oil. Swirl to coat the pan but on medium heat only.

If your chicken is ready by now, drain the chicken from the bowl and reserve the marinade.

Cook and stir fry the chicken in the wok at a few pieces at a time until browned. Each time remove the chicken with a slotted spoon to a plate and reserve.

When chicken is done, cook the mushroom and green capsicum with the same wok or frying pan and stir-fry for two to three minutes. Then add the spring onions and stir-fry for one minute more.

Here you can add back the reserved chicken to pan along with the reserved marinade and continue to stir over medium high heat for another two to four minutes until the ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.

Serve in a platter and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.

This recipe for stir fry is always great if paired with hot steaming rice.
