Travel plans can be changed only once from the time of purchase until one hour after the train's departure. Refunds are offered before the train's scheduled departure --- minus a 20-percent fee --- and within one hour after the train's departure --- minus a 50-percent fee.

Tickets are fully refundable before the time of departure but there is a 50-percent deduction for refunds within 24 hours after the scheduled departure.
