Hindu Squats Hindu squats are great for toning and slimming your legs.
I know I said above to forget squats, but I meant squats with weights.
These are bodyweight squats.
What you do is squat up and down really fast.
Go for 100 repetitions in under 5 minutes.
This tones and slims your legs big time because your body gets put into an oxygen deficit which basically forces it to suck body fat from you to meet it's immediate energy needs.
