Uninstall MSN

• 1). Click the "Start" button at the bottom of the screen. Select "Control Panel."
  
  
• 2). Open "Uninstall a program" or "Programs and Features." "Programs and Features" is the option if you are using "Control Panel" classic view.
  
  
• 3). Select "MSN Explorer" from the list of installed programs. Click "Uninstall."
  
  
• 4). Confirm that you want to uninstall MSN, and then click "OK" when you are notified that it was successful.
  
  

ReInstall MSN

• 1). Open your Web browser and navigate to the MSN Explorer download page.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Install" button.
  
  
• 3). Choose to "Run" the installer on your computer.
  
  
• 4). Choose "Run Program" to continue with the installation after you receive the "compatibility issue" notification.
  
  
• 5). Click "Accept" to accept the terms and service. Wait for the program to install.
  
  
• 6). Click "Run Program" again to allow the program to finish the installation process.
