Greedy Boost Controller Instructions

    • 1). Start your vehicle. Power on the GReddy boost controller device by holding down the "SELECT" button, located on the top left corner of the device. To cycle through the different functions of the boost controller, press the "MODE" button, located just beneath the "SELECT" button. On the right side of the device is the "SET" knob. This knob is used to set and save the modified boost options.

    • 2). Press the "SELECT" button once when the device powers on. This enters the "HI/LO" setting mode. The "HI" mode is used to set the turbo boost pressure level for heavy acceleration. The "LO" mode is used to set the boost level for light acceleration. Use the "MODE" button to cycle through the various options, and press the "SET" knob to select an option. Turn the "SET" knob to cycle between the "HI/LO" settings, and press it once more to save each setting. Press and hold the "SELECT" button to power off the device, then press it once more to power the device back on. Your settings will then be saved.

    • 3). Navigate to the boost controller mode titled "SET" and press the "SELECT" button. This is the mode that allows you to modify the turbo boost pressure. The numeral displayed is the percentage of boost pressure increase. To retain the stock turbo boost level, set the GReddy boost controller at 0 percent. Turn the "SET" knob clockwise to raise the percentage of boost pressure increase. When the desired percentage is displayed, press the "SET" knob in and the setting will save.

    • 4). Press the "MODE" button to navigate back to the main screen of the GReddy boost controller. Continue to press the "MODE" button to cycle through the various other options. The first option is "GAIN" mode, which modifies the boost pressure consistency across the engine rpm band. A lower "GAIN" percentage will reduce boost spiking, while a higher "GAIN" percentage will allow the turbo to spool more freely.

    • 5). Press the "MODE" switch to navigate back to the main screen of the GReddy boost controller. Just like the "SET" and "GAIN" modes, use the "SELECT" button to choose a mode, then use the "SET" knob to adjust and save the setting. The other modes are as follows. "START BOOST" mode modifies the turbo response. "WARNING" mode alerts you when a preset maximum boost level is reached. "LIMITER" mode limits the maximum boost pressure the turbo will reach. "PEAK" mode automatically records the peak boost reached by your turbo. Finally, "LAST BOOST" mode records the peak boost level of the last heavy acceleration session. Use the "MODE" button to cycle through these mode, then use the "SET" knob to set and save the options of each mode.
