How to Kill Internet History

    Mozilla Firefox Instructions

    • 1). Select the "Tools" option on your menu bar.

    • 2). Select the "Clear Recent History" option in your tools menu.

    • 3). Choose how much of your history you would like to clear in the top selection bar, then select exactly what information you would like to delete by checking the appropriate boxes in the lower half of the window.

    • 4). Select the "Clear Now" button to clear your selected history items.

    Microsoft Internet Explorer Instructions

    • 1). Select the "Safety" option in your menu bar.

    • 2). Select the "Delete Browsing History" option in the tools menu.

    • 3). Select the "Delete" button in the history section of your options window. This will delete the entirety of your history folder. If you wish to specify which files to delete, select the "Settings" option in the history section of your options window.

    Google Chrome Instructions

    • 1). Select the wrench icon on the upper right corner of your browsing window to open the tools menu.

    • 2). Select the "Options" option in the tools menu. Select the "Under The Hood" tab in the options menu.

    • 3). Select the "Clear Browsing Data" option in the history window.

    • 4). Select the "Clear All Browsing Data" option to delete the items from your history folder.If you want to delete specific items, check the box next to the items, then select the "Remove Selected Items" button.
