The pan roasted pigeon breast with golden beetroot, beetroot ketchup, pickled beetroot, orange, watercress and juniper salt is a popular choice while vegetarian can enjoy the Jerusalem artichoke risotto with truffle foam and an artichoke crisp.

To finish diners are spoilt for choice with chocolate truffle torte, lemon parfait, profiteroles or rhubarb and stem ginger crumble.
A selection of British cheeses is available and many restaurants in Lincoln offer a specialized cheese board to celebrate the many wonderful cheeses available in the UK.
