Wrap all of your RC vehicle rechargeable NiMH and Nicad batteries individually in plastic wrap. It is a good idea to individually separate batteries for your convenience in pulling them out later. It also helps by keeping all of your batteries together in one place.

    • 2). Slip your NiMH and Nicad RC batteries into a plastic freezer bag. This will prevent moisture from reaching your batteries. Double bag the batteries if you feel this will be an issue in your freezer.

    • 3). Place NiMH and Nicad RC batteries in the freezer for storage until you need them.

    • 4). Remove the RC vehicle battery from the freezer when you need it, but allow the battery to heat up to room temperature before use.
